Data Export Options

Facil data can be exported to a number of standard file formats.  In this example,  the program is exporting Program Schedule data for a selected channel and date range.  Data exports available include...

• Person data selected using the Person Mailing form, or persons selected in any of the "instant" mailing lists including the Reservation Viewer, Project Viewer, Program Viewer, Volunteer Viewer, Class Schedule, or the Mailing List form.

• Organization data, as selected in the Organization Mailing form.

• Project data, as selected in the Project Viewer

• Program data, as selected in the Program Viewer

• Program Schedule, as selected in the Program Schedule form

• Equipment Inventory, using the "Equipment Inventory Export" report
